Support Notes

Important Network Configuration Changes in Xerus 4.0.10 GA release. (XX/XX/202X)

Important Information for customers with new DX2 sensors and Asset management strips (AMS):
Customers using peripherals DX2-AF1, DX2-WS1, DX2-T1DP1, DX2-ENVHUB4, DX2-REMHUB4, AMS-48U, AMS-M2 with products PX2, PX3, PXE, PXO, PXC, PX3TS, SRC and BCM2 will require firmware release 3.6.10 on them to function.

Products running earlier releases will not detect the above sensors until new firmware 3.6.10 has been applied.
Please review firmware 3.6.10 release notes for more information and contact technical support to obtain 3.6.10 firmware file.

Select part numbers are discontinued and were sent to their end of life. Click here to learn more.

Never install an older release than the firmware currently installed. The only exception would be if this is done under the direction of Raritan Support.

Firmware Upgrade Path — Due to file system changes in release 3.5.0, any updates from a firmware version older than 3.3.0 to 3.5.0 or newer will require an intermediate firmware update to 3.3.x or 3.4.x.

Note: Power Firmware has been renamed to Xerus™ Firmware
